Double Bonded 540gsm - 650gsm
Duplexed - double-layered - 2x printed sides with a choice of stock options for each side: 270gsm ultra-smooth white, available with optional laminate, 325gsm textured white or 325gsm textured off-white.
Triple Bonded - 810gsm - 920gsm
Triplexed - triple-layered - 2x printed sides, with a choice of stock options for each side, and 1x 270gsm coloured core sandwiched between the printed sides. Available with a choice of 12 stock core colours.
Quadruple Bonded - 1080gsm - 1190gsm
Quadplexed - quadruple-layered - 2x printed sides with a choice of stock options for each side, and 2x 270gsm coloured cores, sandwiched between the printed sides. Choose to simply double up on your selected core colour or add 2 different core colours from the 12 available options.

Need to order multiple sets of cards with the same spec? If the print spec and quantity of each design/name is the same, apply the number of sets required to the 'Sets' field below before adding to the basket.
Price breaks will automatically reduce the unit cost on multiples of the same print spec and quantity. See the 'Price List' tab below for full details. Batch up to save up to 30%.
• Material
Select the stock option for each of the printed sides using the 'Material - Print Side' selectors below.
If opting for a different stock for each side, please remember to label your artwork files accordingly or add clear instructions to the 'Customer artwork Notes' section.
• Laminate
Optional laminate is available on our 270gsm ultra-smooth white only. Use the laminate selector to apply standard matt or gloss laminate or premium soft-touch laminate to one or both sides. Please note we advise the application of laminate for designs with heavy solid ink coverage to ensure the best results.
Just to let you know, we print this product as a standalone job, so lamination is subject to a minimum setup and running cost. This means orders of multiples of the same spec and quantity will be much more cost-effective.

• 270gsm ultra-smooth white (available with laminate to one or both sides)
• 325gsm textured white
• 325gsm textured off-white
Artwork requirements
Please supply press-ready artwork, ideally in PDF format, set CMYK with 3mm of bleed on all edges and offset crop marks applied.
Where possible, please ensure artwork is centred without colour bars or file information applied; these are not required and often result in files being positioned incorrectly when using our imposition software.
Please note that due to cutting tolerances, we advise that all elements of your design which aren’t intended to bleed off should be set a minimum of 5mm from all edges to avoid cutting issues.

File copies
Our many trade customers trust us to deliver direct to their clients under plain wrap as standard practice. However, it’s sometimes beneficial to receive file copies for their records as future reference. File copies will be sent via Royal Mail First Class service to the invoice address by default, following the dispatch of the order to the chosen delivery address.
