Choose from our range of 12 stock Metallic & Pigment foil colours below, applied using traditional hot foiling techniques and your bespoke magnesium die.
We'll hold your die in stock to use in future with any of our stock foils. We can even increase the machine pressure to offer a slight depressed effect for additional depth.

Please note that the below cost includes foiling to one side only, which can be applied to either side regardless of printed sides, single or double sided print. Due to the tolerances in print registration and machine operation, we advise against designs where the foiled elements register to the print.

Three-dimensional Design
Elevate areas of your printed design, such as logos, to offer a 3D effect or why not even blind emboss a pattern, shape or logo over the whole card?
Please note that embossing (raising) one side of your design will deboss (indent) the opposite side. Embossing larger areas allows more pressure to be applied for better results. Fine lines or text will need to be run with less pressure to avoid damage to the board, resulting in a lesser impression.

Foil/Emboss setup requirements
Please supply your foiling plate setup as a separate page/file with all elements of the design which require foil in position set solid black only (C0/M0/Y0/K100). Foiled elements should be removed from the printed pages and a separate composite visual supplied as reference. Add any instructions to the notes section on your order.
Please supply your embossing plate & counter force setup as a separate page/file with all elements of the design which require embossing in position with a solid fill set solid black only (C0/M0/Y0/K100). Please note embossing larger areas allows more pressure to be applied for better results.
