Eye-catching Shimmer
Apply Spot UV Varnish to areas of your design to offer a glossy finish, ideal for giving logos or images some lift and shimmer in the light. Blind Spot UV varnish, such as a varnish logo over a solid printed background, looks very effective.

4pp - Long-edge Bound - Ideal for designs with a landscape layout, when held, the card opens horizontally, similar to a book. 170x55mm, folded to 85x55mm - 176x55mm, folded to 88x55mm - 180x55mm, folded to 90x55mm.
4pp - short-edge Bound - Well-suited to both landscape and portrait designs. Landscape layout - when held, the card opens vertically, similar to a notepad. Portrait layout: when held, the card opens horizontally - 110x85mm, folded to 85x55mm - 110x88mm, folded to 88x55mm - 110x90mm, folded to 90x55mm.

Use the 'Laminate' selector below to choose from matt or premium soft-touch laminate, applied to both sides as standard to increase durability, enhanced visual appeal and prevent cracking when creased/folded.
DISCLAIMER - Please note that cutting through UV polymer applied to matt laminate will result in cracking/chipping. Please ensure all UV-d elements are set a minimum of 4mm from all edges. Designs where the UV bleeds off the edges of the design will need to be ordered with soft-touch laminate to avoid this issue. UV polymer applied over or close to any crease/fold will also result in cracking/chipping regardless of the lamination choice.
Please note, this product is creased and supplied flat for ease of shipping.

Artwork requirements
Please supply press-ready artwork, ideally in PDF format, set CMYK with 3mm of bleed on all edges and offset crop marks applied.
Where possible, please ensure artwork is centred without colour bars or file information applied; these are not required and often result in files being positioned incorrectly when using our imposition software.
Please note that due to cutting tolerances, we advise that all elements of your design which aren’t intended to bleed off should be set a minimum of 5mm from all edges to avoid cutting issues.
Spot UV Varnish setup requirements
Please supply your spot UV varnish setup as a separate page/file with all elements of the design which require varnish in position set solid black only (C0/M0/Y0/K100). Add any instructions to the notes section on your order. Not sure? Give us a shout; we’re happy to help!

File copies
Our many trade customers trust us to deliver direct to their clients under plain wrap as standard practice. However, it’s sometimes beneficial to receive file copies for their records as future reference. File copies will be sent via Royal Mail First Class service to the invoice address by default, following the dispatch of the order to the chosen delivery address.
